If you just downloaded the app and have nothing vested in it eat, delete it and reinstall it, I have never seen an error code mention when using an iPad app, so that's the approach that I would take.
Remove the application from your device and reinstall it.

If you experience a disconnection, we recommend closing the application and restarting it. Here’s how you can close the app:
iOS 6 and lower:
1. Double click the ‘Home’ button to see all the apps that are currently running.
2. Scroll through until you find GOP 3, press and hold your finger against the app until an “X” appears on the icon.
3. Click on the “X,” click the ‘Home’ button, find GOP 3 and click to play again!
iOS 7 and higher :
1. Double tap the ‘Home’ button to see all the apps that are currently running.
2. Slide through to find GOP 3 & swipe up to close.
3. Click on the ‘Home’ button, find GOP 3 and click to play again!

If you have an Android device by following these steps:

In very unsual cases it can happen that accounts are changed/reset. If this happens to you please send the information about your old account:
- Player name
- Level
- Approximate amount of chips

Possible Solutions:
1. Install the Google Play Store App if you have removed it.
2. Update your Google Play App, as some devices have a very old playstore that isn't compatible with newer games.
3. Empty the cache in your Playstore by going to settings/apps/googleplay and then clicking 'Clear Cache'. Then open your Playstore app and login with your account before opening Governor of Poker 3 again.
4. Login to your Google Playstore before opening the game.
